Striking employees are still gathering around the municipality every day.
Staff have been warned to stay away.

Employees are also demanding an upgrade to Level 5 salaries, despite having received raises already.
They also want the armed security contracted by the municipality to be removed.

The municipality has cancelled all vehicle tags, and GPS systems are being investigated for misuse of municipal vehicles.
Access to the civic centre has also been restricted, especially after hours.
