The man accused of robbing the Shell Garage on Walter Sisulu Street three times this month has been arrested.

Mthokozisi Masilela (24) made his first court appearance on March 29 at the Middelburg Magistrates’ Court.
The court denied him bail, and the matter was postponed to April 6.

According to the police, the accused went into the convenience store and demanded money from the cashier with an unknown weapon.

The first incident occurred on March 3 at about 19:00, he also allegedly used the same modus operandi on the 14th and 23rd.
