The schools will have different themes leading up to Saturday, when the main events will take place.

With schools reopening for term two this morning (Tuesday), Steelcrest High School’s learners had a lot to celebrate for Spirit Week.

With schools reopening for term two this morning (Tuesday), learners at Steelcrest High School had a lot to celebrate for their Spirit Week. The school is building up to the Steelcrest High School and Hoërskool Kanonkop derby this Saturday.

Steelcrest’s theme today is ‘Anything but a school bag and funky shoes and socks’.

The school is building up for the much-anticipated Derby, which is taking place this weekend at Hoërskool Kanonkop.

The two schools will be battling it out in public speaking, hockey, tennis, chess, cross country, rugby, and netball.

The schools will have different themes leading up to Saturday, when the main events will take place.
