Dennesig residents fuming at mess after Workers’ Day celebrations

After yesterday's Workers' Day celebrations, people staying in Dennesig are left to deal with the clean up.

Dennesig residents were left seething at the state of the park between the Saverite Centre and Laerskool Dennesig, in the aftermath of the Workers’ Day festivities held there.

Trash is littered across the field and benches, marring the usually pleasant and peaceful scenery.

This left many residents disappointed at the area’s state of disarray.

Those residing in Kanonkop also complained to the Middelburg Observer about the garbage in the streets surrounding Kees Taljaard, which comes after President Cyril Ramaphosa’s visit at the stadium yesterday.
