NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT USE, IN TERMS OF SECTION 76(1) AND 94(1)(H) OF STEVE TSHWETE SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BYLAW, 2016.
I/We HP Keyter being the authorized agent of the registered owner of Erf/Erven 5159, Middelburg hereby given notice in terms of section 94(1) (h) of Steve Tshwete Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Bylaw, 2016, that I applied to the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality for consent use for abovementioned property situated at 33 Essenhout street, for the purpose of Guest Rooms. The land is zoned Resedential 1
in-terms of the town Planning Scheme.
