NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 6(1) OF THE LAND TITLES ADJUSTMENT ACT, 1993 (ACT NO. 111 OF 1993)
I, OLCKERS CHOPOLOGE KOIKANYANG, the duly appointed Title Adjustment Commissioner for the land described below, hereby give notice in terms of Section 6(1) of the Land Titles Adjustment Act, 1993.
The land subject to this notice is:
PORTION 3 OF THE FARM DE PUTTEN NO 144 SITUATED IN THE DR JS MOROKA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY REGISTRATION DIVISION JR THE PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA IN EXTENT: 692.7103 (SIX HUNDRED AND NINETY TWO COMMA SEVEN ONE ZERO THREE) HECTRES
Any person who claims to have acquired a right, whether by hereditary succession or otherwise, to be registered as the owner of the above- mentioned land (or an undivided share/defines thereof), and who is not currently so registered, is hereby called upon to submit a written application in the form of a sworn or solemnly affirmed declaration stating the facts of the claim. Such an application must be accompanied by supporting documents such as identity document, letter of sale, receipts, or any existing title deeds.
The application must be submitted to the Commissioner at the address below within two (2) months from date of publication of this notice.
