NOTICE OF SALE IN EXECUTION OF MOVABLE PROPERTY BY WAY OF PUBLIC AUCTION

PURSUANT to a judgment of the Magistrate Court ERMELO given on 8th of November 2023 the undermentioned goods will be sold at 11H00 on 5th of NOVEMBER 2026 by public auction to be held at FC BENECKE AUCTIONEERS, GAME CENTRE PARKING LOT, cnr VOORTREKKER AND DE EMIGRATE ROAD, ERMELO by the Sheriff for the Magistrates Court, ERMELO/ BREYTEN to the highest bidder for cash.

1. The conditions of sale will be available at the office of the Sheriff 24 hours before the time appointed.

2. Registration as a buyer is a requirement in terms of the following:

•The Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2009;

•The Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001;

3. Goods will only be sold for cash to the highest bidder or sold subject to confirmation as per the Consumer Protection Act on the instructions of the judgment creditor or his attorney.
