Tripple whammy for Twizza
It was a tripple whammy for Twizza. Distinguished guests, to the likes of German businessman Horst Meixner and Middelburg mayor Mr Mike Masina, attended the glitzy opening of Twizza in Middelburg, a party which was long overdue all those present would uniformly agree.

The official opening happened to coincide with the launch of two new Twizza products, a malt meal replacement alternative and energy drink, labelled Elite.
On arrival, guests were taken on a tour through the factory which, in summer months, operates 24-hours, six days a week to satisfy demand.
What distinguishes Twizza from other factories is the fact that the product is produced entirely under one roof.
The factory introduced a new capping division with the scheduled installation of a range of new machines, by Italian engineers this week.
“Up to now we bought bottle caps from a supplier which we will now be able to manufacture ourselves,” Middelburg Twizza manager, Mr Wessel Doubel, announced Twizza’s coming full circle.
The brand also has another factory in Queenstown, with the Middelburg branch covering northern provinces like Mpumalanga, Gauteng, North West and Limpopo.
Locally, Twizza is a household brand, and the company has pulled out all the stops to establish itself as such, with the company’s involvement in the majority of community events.
Patrons were treated to a wine and whiskey tasting at the opening where Farm Inn catered masterfully yet again.
