What’s for dinner? Chicken ‘n Wedges Casserole

This hearty casserole ticks all the boxes when it comes to an easy family meal.

Serves 2

You’ll need: 200g McCain Skin On Potato Wedges; 2 chicken breasts, cubed; 6 rashers streaky bacon, cut into stripes; 120g cheddar Cheese, grated; 4 stalks spring onion, sliced; 200ml cream; 5ml paprika; salt & Pepper, according to taste. 

How to:

Lightly grease a casserole dish with oil.

Spread half of the McCain Skin On Potato Wedges in the bottom of a casserole dish, then place cubed chicken on top evenly. Sprinkle paprika, salt and pepper.

Sprinkle half of the bacon, half cheese and half spring onion.

Repeat the same method for the second layer, then pour cream on top of the casserole.

Cover with tin foil then bake for 30 minutes then remove foil and bake for a further 15 minutes or until fully cooked.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
