Region A’s sport and recreation department has been hosting outdoor aerobics sessions on weekends, encouraging participants to make physical activity a regular part of their healthy lifestyle. This programme, which blends accessible exercise with community camaraderie, is part of the city’s broader drive to make healthy living more attainable at the neighbourhood level.
