Sivutsa Star’s register a win
This victory will fuel Stars when they take on the Cape Town based, FC Cape Town on Saturday at the same venue.
The National First Division side, Sivutsa Stars registered an impressive 1 – 0 victory over Milano United FC, yesterday (Wednesday) at the Kabokweni stadium.
This league encounter played before a reasonable capacity, lived up to expectations as it produced moments of brilliance from both sides.
The game could have ended in a stalemate but Stars’ Rendani Ndou broke United’s hearts when he stole a late winner to give his side a well deserved win.
This victory will fuel Stars when they take on the Cape Town based, FC Cape Town on Saturday at the same venue.
“This victory has motivated the boys and can’t wait for Saturday’s clash. FC Cape Town is currently playing well, but I am certain that our coach will cook up a strategy for them as he has done against United.
All we need is for our supporters to come in numbers and support the boys,” said the team’s PRO Charles Nkosi.
This victory has temporarily taken Stars to the 9th position and another victory this weekend could see them climbing up the ladder to position 6 of the log.
