The history-making CAF Confederation Cup encounter will take place at Mbombela Stadium. Kick-off is at 15:00.

The Rockets, as Galaxy are affectionately known, has become the first National First Division club to lift the Nedbank Cup in the tournament’s history. That automatically qualified them to contest in the Confederation Cup.

“This is going to be a historical moment for the people of Mpumalanga. That is why we urge everyone to come in their numbers and paint the stadium red and in so doing, becoming part of the history that will be created on the day,” said Sukazi.
He said the tickets for the encounter are already available at Computicket and cost R50 for adults and R20 for children under the age of 12.

Meanwhile, the team will be holding roadshows at various places to encourage fans to attend the game.

On Friday, August 9 they will be at Tonga Mall in Nkomazi at 10:00, and proceed to KaNyamazane Shopping Complex at 15:00.

On Saturday, they will be at Nelspruit Plaza at 10:00, Kabokweni Shopping Complex at 13:00 and conclude at Emoyeni Mall in Pienaar at 15:00.

On Sunday, the gates will open at 12:00.
