A total of 14 198 Covid-19 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours.

As of May 18, the total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in South Africa is 16 433, an increase of 919.
SA recorded a further 22 deaths bringing the total to 286. Recoveries increased to 7 298.
