South Africa surpasses 10 000 Covid-19 mark
Covid-19 recoveries currently stand at 91 227

The National Department of Health reported 10 856 new Covid-19 cases, with the total number of cases now at 187 977. According to the department, 46 924 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours, with the private sector still leading the race with 949 020 tests and the public sector with 843 058 tests.
The department also confirmed 74 more Covid-19 related deaths, bringing the total number of deaths to 3 026.
The recoveries currently stand at 91 227.
