WATCH: Chaos as truck transporting pigs overturns on N4 near Middelburg
A truck transporting pigs overturned on the N4, close to the Hendrina off-ramp.
A number of the pigs were seriously injured and will be euthanised.
The SPCA and emergency services are on the scene.
The pigs are believed to belong to Ede Farming and there were a total of 208 pigs on the truck.

Motorists travelling on the N4 are urged to approach the affected section of the highway with utmost caution.
