Man discovered dead at lodge in the Lowveld

The police have confirmed the death of a man at a lodge near White River in Mpumalanga.

Several role players were called to a scene at a lodge near White River where a man was found deceased.

According to a provincial police spokesperson, Brigadier Selvy Mohlala, a complaint regarding a murder was received today, July 24, at about 00:25.

“Upon arrival at the scene, the complainant discovered a white male lying on the ground with both his hands and feet tied. He was half naked, and a blue t-shirt had been put into his mouth. The man was taken to Themba State Mortuary.”

The man is believed to have been a car guard at the lodge.
