Filling station employees were threatened by armed men who took an undisclosed amount of cash.

Two armed men robbed the VKB filling station along the N4 opposite i’langa Mall in Mbombela, Mpumalanga, at around 18:40 last night.

According to reliable information received by Lowvelder, the suspects threatened staff and took an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the scene on foot.
