Ingredients
• 1 packet McCain Rustic Veg
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp origanum
• Olive oil, a drizzle
• 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Tip the frozen veg into a bowl.
- Add the olive oil, origanum, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until everything looks evenly coated.
- Air fry for 10 minutes at 180°C.
- Add the chickpeas and toss well.
- Air fry for 10 minutes more, until the veggies are golden and the chickpeas feel crisp.
