Ingredients

  • 400 g frozen puff pastry thawed
  • 400 g cocktail sausages
  • 1 egg beaten with 2 tbsp water for egg wash

Topping (optional):

  • 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Cut thawed puff pastry into 2-3cm/1in strips. Roll each sausage in the pastry then brush with egg wash. Combine the everything seasoning with grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Sprinkle the cheesy mixture over each pig in a blanket.
  3. Transfer the pigs in a blanket to the air fryer basket (make sure there’s a little space in between them for the pastry to puff up). Air fry for 18 minutes at 185°C until the pastry is crisp and golden.
  4. Remove from the air fryer then serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
