Spinach scrambled eggs with ground flaxseed

In this wholesome scrambled egg dish, the goodness goes a step further with the addition of ground flaxseed – a simple way to sneak in extra fibre and a healthy boost of heart-friendly omega-3 fats. Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons of ground Flaxseed 
  • 2 cup chopped spinach 
  • 4 tablespoons B-well Canola & Olive Oil Blend 
  • ½ teaspoon tumeric
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons grated cheese or 4 tablespoons plain yoghurt

Method

  1. Whisk eggs with flaxseed, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat B-well Canola & Olive Oil Blend oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  3. Add spinach and sauté until wilted (1–2 minutes).
  4. Pour in egg mixture and stir gently until just set. Top with cheese or yoghurt.
