3 killed in N4 pedestrian crash

Police have launched an investigation after a woman and two children were struck by a sedan between eNtokozweni and Belfast.

Community Safety MEC Jackie Macie is calling for increased vigilance from all road users following a horror crash that left three pedestrians yesterday.

The crash occurred on the N4 between eNtokozweni and Belfast, reports Lowvelder.

Three people – a woman and two minors, believed to be her children – were killed on impact when they were struck by a sedan.

Police have launched an investigation into the crash and are probing three counts of culpable homicide.

Macie urged motorists and pedestrians to remain vigilant when using the road.
