Body found at Montecasino
The corpse was discovered in a dam by a staff member.
Montecasino, north of Joburg, has confirmed that a body has been found on its property, Fourways Review reports.
Group communications manager at Tsogo Sun Priya Naidoo said: “Police have removed the body of a man found this morning in the dam located on property. The body was discovered by a staff member, and police were immediately notified. Once an identification has been made, police will notify the next-of-kin.”
The time and cause of death are unknown at this stage and will be determined by the police investigation, said Naidoo.
Douglasdale police are yet to comment on the matter.
