Man stabbed to death after argument in Potchefstroom
A man was stabbed in the neck, allegedly by his friend, as they headed home from a tavern.

A man (30) was murdered on the corner of Walter Sisulu Avenue and Ayres Street in Potchefstroom, in the early hours of yesterday morning.
According to North West police spokesperson Colonel Adele Myburgh, the man and his friend had an argument on their way home from a nearby tavern.
The man was then stabbed in the neck with an unknown sharp object and died on the scene. Myburgh confirms the suspect responsible for the stabbing was arrested in the morning.
A case of murder has been opened at the Potchefstroom Police Station.
Mooirivier Beskerming and the police were on the scene.
The suspect is expected in court soon.
