Naked body of man discovered in Doringkloof
The naked body of an elderly homeless man was discovered near the Seeff Properties office in Doringkloof, bordering Irene in Centurion.
An eye-witness, Rodney Augustine, said two men informed him about the discovery and upon investigation he found the naked man lying in the field on Wednesday afternoon, Centurion Rekord reported.
He said it seems as if there was no foul play and that the unidentified man might have died from natural causes.
“We often saw the man walking in the area. Sometimes he was clothed in a blanket and sometimes naked.
When we found him lying in the field, he was naked,” added Augustine.
Investigations are ongoing.
On Monday, the body of an unidentified man was found in Centurion Lake.
The man’s body had been discovered when a security guard was patrolling the area.
It was believed that the man had died of natural causes; however, police would investigate the possibility of foul play.
