Proficient Tactical Security members made a shocking discovery when they found a decapitated woman’s body washed at Cuttings Beach, Merebank on Thursday, 12 November.

In a graphic video posted on Facebook by the security group, members are seen hauling the decomposed body among washed up debris on shore.

“We received a dispatch from one of the other officers who suspected that there was a body near the beach. We arrived at the scene at around 10am and saw the body near the water. The waves were pulling it into the ocean. We took the initiative to bring it back to shore because we worried it would be wash away by the time the police arrived.

“The body was of a female. She had no head, hands or feet and her insides were out. Should anyone be missing a family member, they are to contact the Wentworth police who removed the body from the scene,” said Allistair Barclay who was one of the members on site at the scene.

This is a developing story.
