- In Tanzania, CMC Automobiles was honoured as the 2023 runner-up, showcasing its unwavering commitment to excellence across all operational facets and championing the Ford brand in this country.
- Inter Auto in Mozambique clinched the 2023 Best Aftersales Performance Award, affirming its leadership in aftersales service and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Malawi’s CFAO Motors celebrated a century of partnership with Ford, receiving the 100 Years of Partnership plaque, commemorating a historic collaboration marked by innovation and excellence.
