The teenager told authorities the rape occurred on Valentine's Day last month.

Angry protesters demand 'no bail' for the accused at the previous court case.

The 50-year-old father of four who was charged for the rape of his nine-year-old daughter from Havenside, in Durban, will face an additional charge of rape in the Chatsworth Magistrates’ Court today after his 15-year-old daughter told police that he raped her too, Rising Sun Chatsworth reports.

Commander of the Chatsworth Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit Colonel KS Ellappen said the teenager told him the alleged rape occurred on Valentine’s Day this year.

“The court will add an additional charge of rape with a separate docket for the teenager’s case,” confirmed Ellappen.

The man’s three minor children were removed from their mother’s custody by police and social welfare last week.

Tests were done to conclude if their allegations were correct, and police are yet to confirm if the man’s two-year old son was also raped.
