WATCH: Criminals change clothes right after break-in attempt

The thieves in the video footage chuck their clothes in a yard to avoid detection by police.

Video footage of an attempted break-in at a home in Helderkruin, on the West Rand, shows three suspects walking in the street taking off the clothing they wore during the attempted break-in on Thursday, Roodepoort Record reports.

The footage shows them chucking the clothing in a nearby yard. This may be the latest modus operandi suspects use to appear normal and escape detection after committing a crime.
