Warrant of arrest issued for Joburg Nazi sympathiser
Lamprecht served with an interim protection order last year, after posting a woman's personal details which resulted in her receiving hate mail and threats.

The Randburg Magistrate’s Court has authorised a warrant of arrest for the breach of the interim interdict against white supremacist and Nazi sympathiser Jan Lamprecht.
This follows an application by Prof Karen Milner, Gauteng chair of the SA Jewish Board of Deputies (SAJBD), for an interim protection order which was granted against Lamprecht in November last year.
Lamprecht had posted Milner’s personal details along with comments of her on his website, resulting in her receiving hate mail. The application for a protection order was served on Lamprecht on 19 October 2020.

A charge of crimen injuria was brought against Lamprecht by Milner in July last year.
Lamprecht was prohibited from engaging in and attempting to engage in harassment of Milner by posting any pictures or videos to references of her on websites; all references and pictures of applicant and complainant and had to remove and delete from all websites and platforms within 48 hours of the order.
But he continued to post inflammatory material and incite violence even after he was served with the protection notice.

“This is a major milestone and is indicative of the court’s stance that they will not tolerate contempt of their court orders and will authorise the arrest of people who do so,” said Ian Levitt Attorneys acting on behalf of Zeifert.
Wendy Kahn, the national director of the SAJBD, welcomed this ruling, saying that she was “encouraged by the fact that there is recognition of the seriousness of hate and harassment by our courts”.
Lamprecht is well-known in anti-Semitic and Nazi circles, and has in the past been hauled over the coals for his writings.
Among the inflammatory, Nazi-like statements posted on his site are such shockers as “given what a race of two-faced, backstabbing friends they are, I .… have made the argument that there is no such thing as a good Jew”, and “filthy little race of rats and pathological liars … They dominate EVERYTHING … and turn all the powerful against us …Hitler was too nice to them”.
