Justice Minister Masutha to launch Plettenberg Bay Magistrate’s Court

The court will deal with criminal and civil matters and includes a fully-fledged Sexual Offences Court.


In his quest to broaden access to justice for all, the minister of justice and correctional services, advocate Michael Masutha, will officially launch the newly built Plettenberg Bay Magistrate’s Court in New Horizons township on Thursday, reports Knysna-Plett Herald.

The state-of-the-art court was officially proclaimed by Minister Masutha on March 1.

The court will deal with criminal and civil matters and includes a fully-fledged Sexual Offences Court.

The court will serve the communities of KwaNokuthula, New Horizons, and the surrounding areas of Plettenberg Bay.
