Restaurant clarifies video of R37k ‘unpaid bill’

A video of a group of women slapped with a bill of R37 340 made the rounds on social media last weekend.
The establishment where the group were drinking is called Zero13 Lifestyle, a restaurant in Nelspruit.

It has now been confirmed that reports of an unpaid bill are untrue. Zero13 took to Facebook to set the record straight.
Social media fuelled rumours, but the bill, although more than the usual night out for most people, was indeed settled, according to the Facebook post.
