Disemboweled body discovered in Etete

The man is believed to be from Mozambique.

The body of a man with his intestines exposed was discovered near the fence of the Etete township community hall on Saturday morning.

It is believed that the man was a Mozambican national and was running a hair salon near Tinley Manor Primary School before his death.

Community members suspect that the man was robbed before he was killed.

However, it is still unclear what the motive of the killing was.

Meanwhile, a child was raped in Thembeni, Groutville on Saturday and a 23-year-old man was arrested in connection with the case.

KwaDukuza crime prevention and Umhlali K9 reportedly arrested the man in the Hangosi area.
