
Umhlali SAPS attended the following crimes last weekend.
* A house on Adrienne Road, Ballito was broken into on Friday. Items valued at R10 000 were stolen.
* An Etete resident was held up at gunpoint on Friday night. His cellphone, money and clothes were taken.
* A house on Foxhill Road, Umhlali was broken into on Saturday. Items valued at R6450 were stolen.
* A woman was raped in Tinley Manor on Saturday. She was allegedly waiting for her boss by the side of the road when she was pulled into a bush by a man who grabbed her from behind.
* A dead body was found lying near a community hall in Etete on Saturday morning. The body had stab wounds on his chest and stomach and his intestines were exposed.
* Two men were stabbed on School Road, Shakaskraal on Saturday.
* A man was found lying in the road with head injuries in Shaka’s Head on Sunday.
* A woman was stabbed on her nose with a broken bottle, allegedly by her boyfriend, in Etete on Sunday.
* A house on Ellis Place, Ballito was broken into on Sunday. A Samsung tablet was stolen.
