Zimbali Launches R400 million development

Since the launch of its construction in November 2013, 131 suites have been sold and 15 remain.

Award winning Zimbali Hotel and resorts opened its doors to a R400 million luxury development, Zimbali Suites on Monday.
The suites are available for sectional title ownership where buyers can choose to stay in their property or rent it out.

Marketing head of Zimbali Hotel and Resorts, Pamela Naidu said that she was proud of the latest addition to the Zimbali and is confident it will continue to reap rewards for both investors and holiday makers.
“KwaZulu-Natal continues to have high demand for upmarket and secure residential property which is why we added Zimbali Suites to our offering,” she said.
The development of the property will enable buyers to access a wide range of services, activities offered by the hotel and exclusive Zimbali Coastal Resort and Fairmont Zimbali Resort.
The suite’s units range from one to three bedrooms and have secure undercover parking and heated swimming pools. Prices range from R950000 to R1.95 million.
Next January a 500-seater conference centre will be added to the development.
Buyer, Mzanzi Business Forum owner Siya K Xulu said that one should not miss the opportunity of property investment.
“Property is a real and good investment. Too often people spend money on fast cars and a wealthy lifestyle, but that is unsustainable and does not contribute to economic growth.”
Xulu who put down a R50 000 deposit on a one bedroom suite, said he chose Zimbali because it is the perfect place to disengage from the a busy lifestyle. He plans to use his investment for business and personal use.
