Functional fitness session at Ballito Junction
The fourth and final Fitfluencer event will see Keshia Pather delivering an upper-body toning session on Saturday between 9 and 10am.
Umhlanga-based personal trainer, Xoliswa Nkosi, brought her brand of functional fitness to Ballito at the weekend.
The third Ballito Junction Fitfluencer Challenge saw Nkosi deliver a useful bodyweight session to the attending fitness junkies.

With only a few tension bands as equipment, Nkosi showed the group ways to stay fighting fit even without access to a proper gym.
This functional fitness programme has been honed as part of Nkosi’s daily work as a personal trainer at Virgin Active.

“I am really happy with the turnout. The women who showed up have really taken the lesson to heart and I hope the tips they received today will be useful in their daily exercise routines,” said Nkosi.

The fourth and final Fitfluencer event will see Keshia Pather delivering an upper-body toning session on Saturday between 9 and 10am.

Visit the Ballito Junction social pages to book your spot. The first 25 entrants will receive a free goody bag.
