A grand day at Crawford

Pupils show some love for their grandparents.

Crawford North Coast hosted Grandparents Day on Friday, August 28 for the school’s foundation phase pupils.

Grandparents were invited to come and spend some quality time with their grandchildren in the classroom and see the hard work and creativity achieved by the young pupils throughout the school term.

They then enjoyed a lovely picnic outdoors where grandparents were treated to a basket of goodies with all their favourite treats. It was a wonderful day and really special for both the children and their proud grandparents.

A week later, on Friday, September 4, laughter and happiness resonated throughout Crawford North Coast Pre-Primary as the children welcomed their grandparents with love, cuddles and lots of excitement.

It is always special to spend quality moments with these precious family members, and both the children, as well as their grandparents had a superb time in each other’s company.

The children expressed their love for their grandparents through delightful music, singing and dancing and presenting them with little handmade gifts and cards, which were made with tender love and extra special care.
