Trinityhouse Palm Lakes host their annual fishing picnic.

Trinityhouse Palm Lakes held their annual fishing picnic at the Horseshoe Dam in Palm Lakes Family Estate recently for a day of outdoor fun for the school’s youngest pupils.

The children and their parents met staff at the dam on Saturday, October 25 and held a series of fun-filled competitions for the children to take part in.

Grade one pupil Cooper Pears proved to be a patient and eager fisherman when he reeled in the catch of the day – a whopping 480 gram specimen that caught the judge’s attention and won him a well-deserved certificate.
