I don’t know if Mr Pullan was involved in implementing this rule or whether he is just the messenger. Either way I am surprised that a man with his political affiliation wrote such a letter. I am very disappointed. For heaven’s (I know stronger words) sake, beaches overflow for maybe 10 days a year and if whites can’t handle that, then boring old Perth may be the answer. I am staying right here.
Ballito has its own in-built way of stopping thousands of people coming to the beach. For as long as I can remember the authorities have contrived to do major road works at peak traffic times and in that way they stop people coming to Ballito. I presume this is when the publicity association take their leave.
Happy Christmas and New year to everyone.
