Cheers to puppies

Support Puppy SOS KZN's fundraiser evening in Salt Rock.

What better way to spend a Tuesday night than sampling some fine wines, coupled with scrumptious snacks all in the name of Puppy SOS KZN.

Salt Rock’s favourite German restaurant, Siggi’s, invites you to an evening of exciting auctions and raffles at the fundraiser for little paws who need a helping hand.

Among the prizes are a holiday for four worth R7500 in Mozambique, lots of hampers from Herbalife to Kalaya Thai Spa as well as a Rain Farm voucher for two plus a free R100 voucher for every guest.

Puppy SOS is an organisation with the mission to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome abused, unwanted and homeless puppies, as well as offering feeding and sterilisation programmes.

When Dolphin Coast based David Hanson started the organisation a year ago, he had no idea where it was going to take him.

“I started Puppy SOS as a hobby, but now it has taken over my life,” said Hanson, who has since saved over 200 puppies.

Saving the little furry ones often requires veterinary help, medicine and special food, which comes at a high price.

For this reason, Puppy SOS needs your support to continue their work.

So, be sure to join in the fun to save a puppy by getting your ticket now for the fundraiser on September 29 at 6.30pm.
