Malls trajectory targets top award

LA Lucia Mall was recently awarded a PMR Africa KZN Diamond Arrow Award for Best Shopping Centre in KwaZulu-Natal.

The Diamond arrow award for ‘Outstanding – First Overall’ was received at the PMR Africa Annual Leaders and Achievers Awards breakfast held at The Coastlands Hotel, uMlanga on 30 September.

The awards are the culmination of a research process whereby companies and institutions are rated based on respondents’ perceptions with a strong focus on evaluating and measuring customer service and customer satisfaction. The respondents comprise of 175 KZN business and provincial leaders.
