Elderly man robbed by armed trio

The man was accosted by the suspects but was unharmed in the robbery.

THREE men stormed a Greenwood Park home on Friday afternoon, holding up an elderly man and ransacking his house. According to Marshall Security’s Kyle van Reenen, the incident occurred on Fraser Place.

“The men stormed the home and held up the elderly owner. They ransacked the premises, taking jewellery, two cameras and other small items. Unfortunately the victim did not see the suspects’ vehicle. He declined medical assistance after the traumatic ordeal,” he said.
