Pedestrian struck on N2

The vehicle allegedly struck the pedestrian and kept driving.

A 40-YEAR-OLD man sustained moderate injuries after he was struck on the N2 near the M25 off-ramp.

“Paramedics worked together to stabalise and fully immobilise the patient before transporting him  to hospital,” said Neil Powell of Crisis Medical.

Eyewitness reports have alleged that the vehicle, travelling southbound struck the pedestrian and continued driving, said Powell.

However, another motorist stopped and called for assistance.
