A woman escaped with minor injuries this afternoon, after her car veered off the roadway and overturned at the intersection of Waterkant and Holmpark roads in Durban North.
Netcare 911 spokesman, Chris Botha, said the woman was driving around the bend when the vehicle veered off the road and flipped.
Despite the damage to her vehicle, the woman sustained only minor injuries.
“When medics arrived at the scene, they found that the vehicle had come to rest on its side, on a grass verge. The woman was found to have suffered only minor injuries,” Botha said.
The woman was taken to hospital for the care that she required.
