Double celebration for Danville
Danville celebrates their 100 per cent pass rate for the 23rd year in a row.
DANVILLE Park Girls’ High School has much to celebrate this year after they obtained a 100 per cent pass rate once again and was placed on the provincial map, following the release of the 2016 matric results, today.
The school achieved a 100 per cent pass rate for the 23rd year in a row and 98.7 per cent of the learners secured a Bachelors Degree pass.
Flying her school flag high with her brilliant results is Romal Naidoo who was named the top student in the Umlazi District and in KwaZulu-Natal after she bagged eight distinctions.
The other 2016 top achievers were, Taryn Gore (7As), Kayleigh Tromp (8As), Sarah Alvarez (7As), Nadia Naidoo (7As), Temia Kasavan (7As), Amber van Wyk (7As), Taryn Govender (7As) and Riya Santhilal (8As).
