A SHOCKING video showing a dog falling out of a moving vehicle only to be dragged by its leash has gone viral.
It’s believed the incident unfolded in the UK, the unlucky canine falls out of the open window but a leash, attached to the vehicle drags the animal before the owner realises what is happening and pulls the car to a halt.
The dashcam footage was captured in 2015 in London but is a poignant reminder to pet owners never to have their dogs hanging out an open window.
