Man killed in North Coast Road accident

The fatal accident comes a day after a taxi collided with a vehicle and crashed into a business on North Coast Road.

A PEDESTRIAN has been killed after he was struck by a vehicle on Chris Hani Road (North Coast) near the intersection of Krishna Road. According to Crisis Medical’s Kyle van Reenen, the man is believed to be in his 50s.

“Crisis Medical paramedics arrived on scene to find the man, believed to be in his 50s, in critical condition. He was declared deceased on arrival. The South African Police Services (SAPS) were in attendance and will be investigating the incident further,” he said.

The fatal accident comes a day after a taxi collided with a vehicle and crashed into a business on North Coast Road injuring 18 people, including two infants.
