uShaka Marine World to host first ever chess carnival
Kings & Queens alert your knights, for the games are about to begin.
JOIN the free entry fun on Saturday 16 September where uShaka Marine World will be hosting their very first chess carnival. The event is open to a maximum of 40 people working on a first come first serve basis and registration kicks off at 9am.

There will be 15/15 minute double matches on a six-round Swiss-system. There will be much more to entertain your family with starting with face painting, piece juggling, stilt walkers, uShaka Marine World mascots, building of a chess tower and much more.
Prize giving will be taking place at 15pm.
