PARAMEDICS responded to an incident on Chris Hani Road this evening where they found a 50-year-old man had been killed after being struck by a taxi.

The incident occurred in the Avoca Hills area at about 18:00 this evening.
“Emer-G-Med paramedics arrived on the scene to find the man lying in the roadway, having suffered fatal injuries. He was declared dead on scene,” said Emer-G-Med spokesperson Kyle van Reenen.
