Principal Cal Warwick congratulated the class on both their academic success and personal growth.

“These young people arrived here in 2021 already capable and ambitious,” Warwick said.

“What they have shown since then is adaptability, courage and a strong sense of what matters to them. This is the moment to let go of the pressure and the comparisons, and trust that you are exactly where you need to be.”

Top achiever Manzil Harikaran-Giandev led the class with 11 distinctions, including Further Studies Mathematics (Extended) and Further Studies Physics. He also achieved 100% for Engineering Graphics and Design.

Other high achievers included Shyla Jithoo with nine distinctions, while Ethan Desmond, Leoni Govender, Priyanka Hariparshad, Liam Kidd-Anderson, Sanjana Rajkaran, Erin Ogilvie and Keira Naidoo each achieved eight distinctions.

Seven distinctions were attained by Rhyah Balliram, Kirthavia Chetty, Carel Gosnell, Weien Amy Luo, Kyra Moodley, Hiranya Pillay, Gauri Sharma and Shayl Vallabjee, with several other pupils earning six distinctions, underscoring the depth of achievement across the class.

National recognition was awarded to Harikaran-Giandev and Rajkaran, who both received IEB Outstanding Achievement Awards for ranking in the top 5% nationally across six or more subjects.

Warwick said the class would also be remembered for its spirit and sense of community.

“Their curiosity, compassion and courage will carry them far,” he said. “These results matter, but the people behind them matter even more.”

The school congratulated the Class of 2025 and wished them well as they move on to the next phase of their academic and professional journeys.
