The arrests were made by the SAPS Provincial Serious and Violent Crime: Murder and Robbery Unit.
TWO suspects, who are linked to the attempted murder of South African Revenue Service (SARS) advocate Coreth Naude in uMhlanga in July, have been arrested.
The suspects, aged aged 28 and 29 years, were arrested in Cape Town on Tueday (December 17).
Naude, who was shot at by two gunmen at the entrance of a hotel in uMhlanga, was able to drive herself to hospital following the attempted hit.

“Investigations led the team to two suspects, aged 28 and 29 years old, who were arrested in Mitchells Plain and Milnerton respectively,” explained Provincial SAPS spokesperson, Colonel Robert Netshiunda.
The suspects are set to appear in the Durban Magistrate’s Court this week facing a charge of attempted murder.
Netshiunda said the case had been assigned to the Provincial Serious and Violent Crime: Murder and Robbery Unit.
After the attempted hit, SARS Commissioner, Edward Kieswetter, condemned the attempted assassination.
“Acts such as these and those who perpetrate them must be resisted and defeated by all of us working together for the betterment of our country and ensuring that none is above the law…we will not be intimidated by such acts of crime and cowardice,” he said at the time.
